Registered as a not-for-profit organization in 2012, Legal Watch and Human Rights Initiative is an independent nonpartisan human rights organization that envisions a world in which all people live with dignity, freedom, justice, equality and peace. The organization seeks the implementation of the international human rights standards to protect the rule of law and promote a fairer egalitarian society where all people have equal rights and opportunities.

Our organization works on investigating and exposing violations of the letters of the constitution and human rights abuses such as against women, discrimination on grounds of economic status, religion, race or ethnicity. In collaboration with other likeminded individuals and stakeholders, we are committed to the enthroning of the rule of law as well as using fact based research, education and advocacy to involve the general public in implementation of international human rights standard.

Legal Watch is staunchly against corruption in all sectors but pays particular attention to the rot in the judicial system and open to working with other stakeholders to attain a transparent and accountable judiciary to deliver justice for all.
